CHL Playoffs on Sportsnet: Erie at Guelph
TORONTO (April 24, 2014) Sportsnet’s coverage of the 2014 Canadian Hockey League playoffs continues on Friday Night Hockey as the Erie Otters visit the Guelph Storm for Game 5 of the Ontario Hockey League’s Western Conference Championship Series on Friday, April 25 at 7 p.m. ET/4 p.m. PT on Sportsnet East, Ontario, West and Pacific.
Friday’s game is a must-win for the third place Otters, who currently trail behind the first place Storm 3-1 in the series. The winner of the OHL’s Western Conference earns the Wayne Gretzky Trophy and will continue on to compete for the league title and the J. Ross Robertson Cup against the North Bay Battalion who defeated the Oshawa Generals in the Rogers Eastern Conference Championship Series.
This week’s Friday Night Hockey playoff broadcast features host Rob Faulds in-studio with HOCKEY CENTRAL analysts John Shannon and Damien Cox. Live from Sleeman Centre in Guelph, ON, RJ Broadhead handles the play-by-play alongside analyst Sam Cosentino.
